Weekly Training Schedule

Our facility is open every day from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, except Sundays, which are reserved for rest and recovery. All training packages include two sessions per day.

Training Schedule

 

  • Morning Run: 08:00 – 08:30 / 08:30 – 09:00

  • Morning Training: 09:00 – 11:00

  • Private Session: 12:00 – 16:00

  • Afternoon Training: 17:00 – 19:00

  • Private Session: 19:30 – 21:00
